Excelsior Plus provides fully-funded NVQ opportunities to employees and volunteers in businesses and social enterprises throughout six counties in South Wales, including Bridgend. A dedicated team of Engage Training NVQ assessors from Bridgend College are able to deliver relevant NVQs flexibly to employees or volunteers in the workplace. The NVQs are delivered free of charge through the Convergence European Social Fund as part of the wider strategic project, 'Working Skills for Adults' which is funded until December 2014.
